Eshop Rental

GR-NET gives you the option of monthly* or annual costs for each package regarding eshop rental. This cost is paid in advance to our company immediately after the order.

The start date of the eshop rental which is considered the date of payment of the package.

In case of payment by bank deposit, the package is activated immediately after the confirmation of the transfer.

Immediately after payment, GR-NET E.E. sends you all the codes related to the subscriber's online store.

Apart from the basic banners and product categories, our company DOES NOT add products, product photos, texts and anything else related to the management of the online store.

The eshop rental packages refer to specific standards, which can be found on the eshop rental presentation page, and the subscriber chooses one of them according to his own preference.

The online store available for rent has a Wordpress content management system (CMS) where only GR-NET E.E. has access to the isotope files and the server, while the subscriber can only access the management panel.

The subscriber has full responsibility for every activity that occurs in the management panel of the eshop he rents.

If the changes made by the subscriber create a malfunction of the online store, GR-NET E.E. bears no responsibility.

Access to the code is PROHIBITED, we do not grant FTP access to the files and it is not allowed to transfer it to another provider without the approval of GR-NET EU.

* In case the subscriber chooses the option of the monthly payment method, then with the start of the cooperation in the first invoicing he prepays the first 3 months. Thereafter, invoicing and payments will be made monthly.

GR-NET E.E. is entitled to refuse or cancel the provision of services at any time in case of violation of GR-NET E.E. regulations.

Deleted accounts due to violation of GR-NET E.E. policy. they are not entitled to compensation.

In case of overdue debts, his account will be deactivated immediately.

GR-NET E.E. has the right to deactivate the subscriber's account and his online store 5 days after notification.

After the period of these days the e-shop is deactivated and goes into maintenance mode until the subscription is paid again.

Available Backup of unpaid subscriptions, kept for up to 30 days from the end of subscription deactivation.

The price of the reconnection is priced at €20 (without V.A.T.).

The subscriber can stop the cooperation with GR-NET E.E. whenever he wishes after prior notification by email.

Each subscriber is entitled to request data transfer ONLY after 3 months from the day of registration!

In such a development, the subscriber has absolutely no financial claim from GR-NET EU.

The domain name that will be used as well as the database with products, texts, orders and client's with their details are the property of the subscriber and he can request them.

The subscriber will receive this data compressed in the form of an extracted SQL file of the CMS platform. The subscriber will also receive the necessary compressed file with the saved photos.

GR-NET E.E. is not obliged to transfer the content files of the subscriber's online store to another provider.

The subscriber acquires the right to request his data records, ONLY after 3 months have passed from the day of the start of the online store rental subscription.

The online store is only for rent and not for sale and is the intellectual property of GR-NET E.E.

GR-NET E.E. is not burdened with any responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of use of the online store that governed by Greek and European legislation, e.g. GDPR, charges, shipments, payments, etc. Only the owner-subscriber of the online store is solely responsible.

GR-NET E.E. is not responsible for any dispute, financial or otherwise, that may arise with the administrator - owner - subscriber of the online store and its customers.

Any copying, distribution, transfer, resale, regarding the online stores that we rent is expressly prohibited.

In case of non-compliance with the above conditions, GR-NET E.E. reserves all its legal rights.

ONLY the courts of Thessaloniki are competent for any dispute.
